HIP HOP ABS
Beyond basic crunches, this class will challenge your coordination and strength while dancing to today's popular songs. The class will include warm-up, core-strength exercises, and a 30 second hip hop routine.
BALLET BAR AND CHOREOGRAPHY
Inspired by classical ballet, this class will challenge students to use their core while improving posture and over-all body awareness. Class will include a circle-time warm up, basic barre exercises, creative dance time, and deep stretch.
This class will combine classic dance techniques with acrobatics. A perfect blend of gymnastics and dance, acro will bring out your inner artist and athlete. The class will include a circle-time warm up, basic acrobatic training, and perfecting dance moves that involve flips, twists, and tumbling.
Work up a sweat while learning the foundations of cheerleading (motions, jumps, and sharpness). Sure to improve the student's coordination, showmanship, and rhythm. Class will include a warm-up, basic motion learning, and a 30 second dance routine.
ADVANCED HIP HOP
Hip-hop inspired, this class will encourage students to dance to popular and upbeat songs! Come to this class if you're student is looking for some new moves and a bit of a challenge! Class will include a warm-up and a 30 second routine.
